Howard Middleton (GBBO, Series 4) will show you the skills to master two Easter favourites! We'll start by learning all the tips and tricks to make Howard's incredible Hot Cross Buns - sweet, sticky and packed with fruit! We'll then see Howard demonstrate how to temper chocolate, before you're set free to make your very own easter egg!
 
We’ll start off the day with teas, coffees and pastries, before we put on our aprons and watch Howard demonstrate all the skills required to make this indulgent treat. We'll spend around 2 hours baking & beautifully decorating our masterpieces, before tucking in to the fruits of our labour whilst hearing stories about Howard's time on TV!
 
Your class also includes a glass of prosecco, snacks and soft drinks.
 
Please note all participants will bake in pairs.
Participants must be aged 12 years or over. Those aged 12-17 must be accompanied by an adult.
 
'Individual' tickets are £99 per person, whilst a 'Pair' ticket can be purchased for the discounted rate of £190.
Places are non-refundable.
 
All classes are subject to a minimum number of six attendees signing up. If the minimum number is not met, we will inform those who have purchased a place no later than 10 days before the class, and will offer a full refund, or a place at an alternative class of their choice.
