Kimberley Wilson (GBBO Finalist, 2013) will lead a special Valentine's Day class, showing you all the skills you'll need to make her Cherry Sweetheart Traybake! You'll hear Kimberley's best tips for making a delicious shortbread base; a wonderful homemade cherry jam; and a scrumptious frangipane and a Florentine topping. If you're looking for a unqiue and exciting experience to enjoy with your partner for Valentine's Day, then this is the class for you!

We’ll start off the evening with a drink, before we put on our aprons and watch Kimberley demonstrate all the skills required to make this brilliant bake. We'll spend around 2h baking, before tucking in to the fruits of our labour whilst hearing stories about Kimberley's time on TV!

Your class includes a glass of prosecco, snacks and soft drinks. Whilst snacks will be available as you bake, we advise that participants eat dinner before they arrive.

Please note all participants will bake in pairs. Price is per person.

'Individual' tickets are £99 per person, whilst a 'Pair' ticket can be purchased for the discounted rate of £175.
